By completing the "Ask A Question" form, you can contact the NMF’s Information Resource Center. The Resource Center is staffed by a registered nurse and a licensed social worker. If Resource Center staff are unable to answer your question we will contact the NMF’s Professional Advisory Board doctors, get a response to your question, and contact you with the answer. In addition to answering your question, we will send you a customized informational packet based on the nature of your inquiry. We cannot answer anonymous e-mail requests. If you want to communicate via e-mail, please Submit the “Ask A Question” Form.

Not knowing who you are, where you live and the reason for your inquiry may limit, or even prevent, our ability to respond to your questions and concerns.
