We are thrilled to invite you to the 40th Marfan Foundation Conference, happening July 10-13 at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Hosted in association with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) and Emory Healthcare, this event is your chance to gain valuable insights, connect with a supportive community, and participate in tailored programming for individuals and families affected by Marfan, Loeys-Dietz, VEDS, and related conditions. Conference provides a unique opportunity to enhance understanding.
“Attending the annual Marfan Conference 3 years in a row gave my loved ones and me the knowledge and confidence to advocate for proper medical management of Loeys-Dietz Syndrome. I have made friends that I connect with on a level that is intuitive and invaluable! And so have my LDS warriors!” said previous attendee Tracy Hackett Snyder.
Conference affords participants the chance to:
💫Learn from Leading Experts – Hear about the latest research, treatment options, and care strategies through expert-led sessions and interactive Q&A discussions.
🧒Engage in Kids & Teen Programs – Fun, age-appropriate activities for children (ages 5-12) and teens (ages 13-18) make this a family-friendly experience. (Note Camp Victory for Kids for ages 7-16 will be held directly after Conference, transportation provided.)
🤝Connect with Community – Whether a first-time attendee or a returning participant, you’ll find a welcoming space to reconnect with friends and build new relationships.

⚕️Free Health Fair, July 10-11 – We understand that access to quality medical care can be a challenge so we offer a free Health Fair (by appointment only) for those who need a diagnosis or guidance about their condition. Screenings, including echocardiograms, eye exams, and lung function testing, will be conducted at CHOA, with transportation provided. Learn more/apply to take part by April 14.
🪙 Scholarships Available – To help make Conference more accessible for all, we offer partial scholarships to help with registration and accommodations for those with financial need. Children and teens always attend free with a registered adult. Learn more/apply by April 14.
If it’s your first time attending a Foundation Conference, you are most welcome — about 50% of participants at most of our Conferences are first-time attendees. Hotel information can be found here.
“The Marfan Conference is the perfect place to get educated on Marfan syndrome and related [conditions], meet others who share in your desire to learn, help and spread awareness. You’ll make lifetime friends who will always be there. Some who have been where you are going and others who need your guidance,” said previous attendee Debbie Peters.
